The Basic Strategy is calculated based on an even deck, assuming that
any type of card
always has a 1 in 13 chance of being dealt. However, when you are counting
cards you
have a better idea of the mix of cards remaining in the deck. If you are
really keen on
applying all the tricks, then the basic strategy should be varied depending
on the various
True Counts.
The extra advantage gained by this is fairly minimal, and in
my opinion not worth the
effort of having even more things to think about.

The number in parentheses following an action indicates the True Count value
required before
you should take that action. If negative, the True Count must be that value
or less (further from
zero); if positive, the True Count must be that value or greater.

- Aces side-count variation ("As")
- Sevens side-count variation ("7s")
Remember, the Aces side-count is positive for excess aces remaining to
be dealt,
and the Sevens side-count is negative for excess sevens remaining to
be dealt.
