In game support
One can usually find help from other players in the Help channel. Any player can join this channel by pressing FL and then 'join channel'. This channel may also have a volunteer available to help you.

Petitions
For any matter that can not be sloved with the help of other players in the help channel, or are matters that need a GM's (Game Master) attention please file a petition. Please, Please, use the correct category for your petition. Petitions in the wrong category slow down the petitions process for everyone.
Petition Type Used For: Res ponce:
Agent Mission in progress If you can't complete an agent mission for some reason...
A) Make sure that you have delivered the cargo to the correct station, it is easy to confuse roman numbers i.e. VIII and VII.
B) Make sure that all the cargo is stacked together.
In game
Stuck If you are stuck, or looking at a black screen.
NOT if you are 'stuck' and not able to warp away. Stop your ship in that case and move away from what is slowing you down.
In game
Exploit If you see or suspect another player of using an exploit Out of game.
Harassment If you are being harrased in game, please file one. in game
Other For anything else Out of game, may take a few days
Bug Report IF you find a bug, please be *very* specific NO response

Interstellar Services Department (ISD)
These players are the volunteer support you can find in game. These players are volunteers. They graciously share their free time in order to assist fellow players in the world of EVE. They answer questions, help resolve minor problems and act as good-will ambassadors throughout the community. They are not paid, and can only perform low level petitions and move players in some circumstances when they are stuck.
Please read the FAQ on the volenteer Program for more information. Any one can apply and help.
