Second Bedroom or Office
Double french doors with the same
hardware lead into this bedroom.
There
are two fixed and two operable windows with screens and a
clear heart redwood display/pot shelf under
window.
The
perimeter walls are redwood and the triangle mahogany with
fir trim. There is a large redwood built-in bookshelf under
the window area.
There
is a recessed light in the dormer and an operable bubble
skylight in this room.
This
room has a built-in eight and a half foot oak dresser
similar to the one in the master bedroom.
There
is a closet with a recessed light and solid core door with
brass and crystal hardware.
The
silk screen design is of lotus flowers on a custom redwood
frame stands in the front of the dormer. The same design
covers the french doors.
You
are able to enjoy the dome ceiling and special lighting
also.
There
is a phone jack located inside the book case.
Upstairs Bathroom
The bathroom is separated from the
two bedrooms by two solid core pocket doors.
The
floor is covered with Italian tile in a warm terra-cotta
color.
The
walls have been papered with a washable pastel colored
material.
The
bathroom window is made of leaded stained-glass accented in
green and covers four windows.
There
are four adjustable brass light, one heat lamp with separate
switch for the vent, and two wall mount light fixtures with
imported amber-colored glass shades over the two sinks.
There is an operable bubble skylight in this
room.
There
are two custom design and made redwood medicine cabinets
with mirrors and adjustable shelving. There is a linen
closet and ample storage space in the corner
area.
There
are two almond colored china pedestal sinks with special
hardware. There is other unique hardware in the bathroom as
well.
The
tile continues into the tub and shower area. The size of
this tub/shower is approximately 4 1/2 ft. by 6 ft. There
are two shower heads and a built in jacuzzi system. Redwood
tongue and groove covers the outside of the shower and tub
area.
There
is a water saving toilet and a bidet.
