 PHARMACARE FZE. has set up a manufacturing joint venture in Krasnoyarsk (Russia). The plant has commenced production in Jan’98. The joint venture is set up with a share capital of US $ 2 million with Pharmacare having 50% equity.

 In Tashkent we have set up state of art pharma manufacturing plant with the government of Uzbekistan. The joint venture is named UZPharmacare. We will be manufacturing life saving drugs, production will commence in March 2000.
