The lot is situated in Santa Catharina, near Curaçao's North-East coast. St. Joris bay is just around the corner and with good weather conditions you are able to see Bonaire.

St. Joris offers very good ocean sailing and flat-water. Within confined lake of St Joris anyone can work on their skills. And for the dare devils on the open ocean advanced sailors can battle the ocean swells, which on good days can reach 10ft!

Also close to the lot and St. Joris is the St. Catharina Sport & Country Club, the country club has a swimming pool, a Bar-Restaurant where you can have breakfast and lunch. For reasonable prices you can also use the 5 tennis courts and the well equipped fitness center.
