Divisions of Costs

This is similar to the cash page. You will notice that the costs are divided up by category. This is to allow analysis of what hours are required for each step of the project. This sweaty work is still in progress and we'll let you know when we are done.

One factor that will be hard to determine is the BIG wall raising. I am hopeful that there will be many hands to make the work light, and will do the best to keep track as much as possible. I will enlist a few others to calculate the hours expended on the wall raising day. Many hands make the work light. Too many hands will result in the phenmenom called "strawbale frenzy". This condition results in people stacking the bales so quickly that walls become unintentionally curvey. The site foreman will be given a cat'o'nine tails. :)

Seriously, the chance to work shoulder to shoulder building a home with brother, sister, friend, lover, son, daughter, mother or father is reward enough.
