Introduction

There will be a potluck at this wall raising, and if there is demand, the favorite recipes will be included here. Submit requests to me. The following recipe is from Robin and was a favorite at a few earlier socials.

The Phoenix Salsa recipe

1/2medium onion
2medium tomato
5-7sprigs of cilantro
1/2jalapeno
1/8green pepper
1/2juiced lemon or lime
1-4minced garlic cloves
Chop everything fine. Serve.
