LadyBlu is a pale, green eyed Lady, with a coronet of red-gold hair. She usually wears a split riding skirt and tunic of green and an amber necklace. She is often followed by a large, black hound with red,glowing eyes
LadyBlu is the seventh of thirteen daughters of the Lord of the Darkwood. Her sisters have married well, one to the Mountain King and another to a Dragon, a third to a prominent wizard, but never Blu. Time after time, her father tried to set marital prospects for her, but none of them ever came to fruition. In exasperation, Blu's father swore that she would be given in marriage to the first eligible man that he saw!
One night, while touring his realm, the Lord of Darkwood came across a hunter who had become lost in the Wood. After marked questioning, the Darkwood Lord accertained that not only was the hunter unmarried, but he was the prince of a far off land. In return for guiding the hunter through his realm, the Forest Lord secured a promise from the Prince to wed Blu.
Upon his return home, the Lord of the Dark Wood gave LadyBlu the news of her upcoming nuptials and bade her to gather and pack those things that she would take with her to her new home. He then gave her a map to guide her.
Knowing how stubborn her father could be when his mind was set, LadyBlu did not argue with him. She meekly left his presence, and packed her carpet bag with her diary, her jewel box and clothing, and all the other little things that she thought that she would need for her new life. She also dutifully packed the dowry that she was to bring to her fiance. She then mounted her steed, carefully studied the map, and followed by her faithful Hound, ^Brutus^, set off in the opposite direction as quickly as possible.
After a period of time, and many adventures in many worlds, she found a place that was East of the Sun and West of the Moon, and seemed a perfect place to settle down - in the Tavern at Fiddlersgreen - where she can be found, along with ^Brutus^ on many an evening.

^Brutus^ is a large black hound with red glowing eyes. He wears a collar that appears to be woven from a silvery metal. From the collar, hangs a carved amber leaf similar to one on an amber necklace worn by LadyBlu.
^Brutus^ was a gift to LadyBlu from her father, when Blu was a child. Her father told her that she could never have a truer, more loyal companion than ^Brutus^. The Lord of Darkwood once told her that he is one helluva hound.
Brutus has a mind of his own, but when it comes to the protection of LadyBlu, he can be most fierce. He breathes flame when he is annoyed, smoke when irritated or angry, and has been know to blow smoke rings when he is bored. His favorite meal is kobold, and his favorite beverage is beer, the darker and stronger, the better.
When not at LadyBlu's side, Brutus can be found curled comfortably upon the asbestos rug, in front of the fire at the Tavern at Fiddlersgreen

LdyEmerld is a High Priestess of the White Goddess. She wears an emerald colored dress with slits up both sides, displaying a pair of white thigh high boots. She has a white fur lined cloak about her shoulders, her long blond locks cascading down her back. Her eyes are the color of emeralds.
LdyEmerld and her sister LdySafire are regular patrons of the Tavern, being close friends of LadyBlu.

LdySafire is sister to LdyEmerld. She belongs to a Soldiers Guild and has a small daughter, for whom LadyBlu is the Fairy Godmother.
Safire does not come to the Tavern often, preferring to frequent the BlkDragon*Inn, but when she does come by, she brings laughter and brightness to the tavern.

Jynxx is a Shadow dragon that used to come to the Tavern, but since he discovered women and fast cars, he rarely drops by any more.
The Dragon Jello Pit wrestling matches between Jynxx and Locke were spectacular events which caused much excitement and wagering at the bar.
LadyBlu misses the excitement and sends an occasional gremlin out into the world to see how Jynxx is doing.

Tranter is a dapper Scottish gentleman who dropped by the Tavern one day when LadyBlu was quite cross and not at all in the mood for visitors. He was persistent though and came back several times to converse with her.
Tranter is well travelled, having been to Spain, the Canary Islands and to South Africa. He even came all the way across the Atlantic Ocean and the continent of North America to visit LadyBlu. He still stops by the Tavern occasionally, but usually visits with LadyBlu via ICQ, where the ether is less busy and they have a nice cozy chat without interruptions

MystRose is a very tall, slender, willowy woman with white blonde hair and pale blue eyes. She is clad in a white shift which is covered by an overdress of such a pale shade of blue that in some lights it seems white.
She was the only daughter of an Innkeeper and his wife. She was spent her life in that very prosperous Inn, which was nestled in the pass of a Mountain range, on an often travelled road, working with her parents, serving food and drink in the common room, and occasionally, dancing for the entertainment of the guests.
Her father grew ill one winter and died, leaving his wife and MystRose to manage the Inn. Everything went well for a while, but then war broke out in the land below, and the roads became dangerous to travel, so business slowed to only the occasionally traveller that was willing to risk the unsafe roads.
MystRose and her mother managed as best they could, but times were hard.
One day, a handsome dark haired stranger rode up to the Inn with a large following of horsemen. He demanded lodgings at the Inn for himself and his band, exlaiming that he had made the road safe to travel again. He stayed, making the Inn his home, and soon, business in the Inn picked up again. The stranger, whose name MystRose never mentions, would watch her dance night after night with fascination. He became became enchanted with her, and would give black looks to any man who sought dalliance with her. She in turn became entranced with his handsome looks and his smooth ways.
One day he asked for her hand in marriage, and she accepted. For a while, she was happy, but shortly she realized that she had married a very jealous man, who would accuse her of dalliance if she even looked at one of the patrons.
One night, he followed her upstairs as she showed a group of travellers to their rooms, firmly convinced that she was intent on spending time with one of them. As she came out of the last room, he came out of the dark at her, calling her names and threatening to beat her. She backed away from him, toward the stairs, and as he rushed toward her, she missed the step and tumbled down the stairs to her death.
When she awoke, she found herself at the Tavern at Fiddlersgreen, alone but for the gremlins and the occasional visitor, and unable to leave and naught but a ghost of her former self. When LadyBlu came to make her home at the Inn, and visitors became more common, she became somewhat more substantial and began to assist in the management of the Tavern. LadyBlu is grateful for her assistance, knowing that she cannot always be at the Tavern for patrons, but relieved that MystRose is there in her absence. When the Tavern is empty, MystRose loves to waltz among the tables, her arms wrapped about herself, dancing to a music that only she can hear.

LadyGypsy is a tall dark woman who, though she has not yet visited the tavern is an ICQ friend of LadyBlu's. She drops by for the occasional chat and to share a joke or two.
