The Finnish Section was founded in 9.9.1969 after a Canadian pilot, Edith Denny, had invited Finnish women pilots to join the organization. The Finnish Section has succesfully created a network of female pilots in Finland. We support aviation as a profession as well as a hobby. We arrange visits, meetings and aviation education for members and award annual scholarship for advanced flight training.

Today Ninety-Nines are professional pilots, pilots who fly for pleasure and pilots who are technicians and mechanics. But first and foremost, we are women who love to fly!

If you are interested in joining the Finnish Section, please contact one of the following.
