Mailbox Violations

The Westview Village Homeowners are required to maintain the Community Standard Mailbox. Homeowners receiving a violation notice from the Property Management Company have 30 days to remedy the violation and to bring it up to standard. Please refer to the information below for replacement and maintenance of your mailbox.

Mailbox Information

The Westview Village Homeowners Association requires that each homeowner's mailbox be painted with community established colors. The Community established colors are Light Brown, Dark Brown, and Pink. Please refer to the coloring information for the mailbox paint:

The Westview Village Homeowners Association refers General Maintenance providers who will repair / replace your mailbox at a dicsounted / preferred rate (ask to the 10% Westview Village Homeowner Discount).
