Proposed Ideas & Improvements

There are improvements that have been identified at the previous homeowners meeting, or that have been proposed since. The following is a list of potential improvements for the homeowner's community to consider:

	Install streetlight along 101st Way.
	Enhancement of lighting in front entry sign area.
	Fountain in lake visible from entryway
	Isolation berm bordering the Sawgrass expressway and the Westview Village community.
	Repair of rotted wood in street signs
	Mailbox maintenance service
	Street Striping
	Sprinkler System for 101st way common area
	Institute an electronic mailing list
	Install Cocoplum along lake guardrail
	Pressure Clean Sidwalks
	Replace Pine shrub Folage along Westview Drive
