Here is Gus at 6 months, he actually has his eyes open in one of them.  Gus' mother is Primetime Bound for Glory, aka Glory.  His father is CH Tropaco Rocket's Red Glare, aka Reno.

Nothing is wrong with his back, and he is not mad.  That is a ridge on his back, the hair grows in the opposite direction.  That is where the name Ridgeback comes from.
