I was born in the beautiful mountain town of Aibonito, Puerto Rico. I graduated from high school and joined the Puerto Rico National Guard (1969).  After 5 years in the Guard, I joined the US Army (1974).  My first assignment was the Canal Zone, Panamá.  After three years, I was transfered to Germany.  In 1980, I returned to the States with an assignment in Ft. Benning, GA.  From there, I went to Ft Dix, NJ and became a Drill Sergeant.  In 1984, I was sent to Ft. Knox, Kentucky for a year and then back to Ft Benning.  After 5 years as an instructor in the School of Americas, I went to Ft. Drum, NY until I retired in 1993.  I then returned to Puerto Rico after 20 Years of Military Service.

Throughout my military career, I traveled over must of the East Coast States, Europe, Central and South America.  I was never in combat, although I supported some combat and humanitarian missions.

After living in Brooklyn, NY for four years, I decided to purchase a home.  I was able to purchase a condo in Staten Island, NY.  Please feel free to click on the links above to learn more about my Hometown and Puerto Rico.
