A lot of shake-ups at Jordan
during the winter break. Most important of all, the
anticipated departure of Peugeot, now working with Prost.
Replacing the French engine manufacturer is Mugen-Honda.
For Jordan's sake, let's hope that the reliability
problems encountered by the Japanese company in 1997 have
now been resolved. Another big change comes with the
arrival of Damon Hill, the 1996 world champion? The big
question is: how will the Englishman co-exist with the
hot-headed Ralf, younger brother of Sch-you-know-who?
Hill makes no secret of the fact that there's no love
lost between him and Michael. The relationship between
the two Jordan drivers will certainly be one of the keys
to any hopes of success that the team has for 1998. |
