I look forward to March each and every year;
the signal that warm weather and Spring are near
Spring is when most flowers start to bloom;
when birds return and school will end soon.
April is the first full month of Spring;
your yardwork begins, while the birds sing.
April is when your Federal taxes are now due;
If you owe, this may not be a fun time for you.
May is the next month, best of the new season;
the weather is more stable, which is the reason.
Plan a picnic or just enjoy the warm May sun;
Playing some games with your mate, daughter or son.
June is the final, but partial month of Spring;
during which many wedding bells will ring.
School is now over for all kids, young or old;
plans for Summer are made, forgetting the cold.
I can't wait for Spring, as you can plainly see;
Spring fever, has once again, got the best of me.
