I will in no way venture into any discussion on what might or might not fill the criteria for the above phrases. My personal belief is that these things are PERSONAL, and that Your opinion on them are as good as mine, or anyone else. I despise people that try to tell others how they should view these things. Despise. Therefore :

I will stick firmly to Norwegian law; which is based on §211 in the Norwegian Criminal Justice law, and on three famous cases fought in the Norwegian High Court

• vs. Henry Miller, 1959 - over his book Sexus
• vs. Jens Bjørneboe, 1967 - over his book Uten en tråd

According to the precedent set in these cases, it is HIGHLY UNLIKELY that any litterary text, ie. text only, will be deemed illegal in Norway, as long as it does not contain explicit descriptions of child sex, nor rouses the reader to commit a crime. Images, on the other hand, must not show any erect genitals - if they do, they are deemed pornographic.

None of the images on my pages are, as far as I can tell, violating any Norwegian law. They may violate local laws, which in that case is too bad. I am not responsible for any such idiotic laws. None.
