Multimedia is very fashionable now-a-days, but it will soon disappear. Just as electric
engines have already disappeared - they are so much part of our life that we do notice
them any longer.
Indeed, the convergence of photography, video, computing and telecommunications is well
under way and a number of equipments are already available to confirm this fact. Here are
some of them, which appear to me to foreshadow what will be widely available in no more
