With a client-side image map, the HTML file that calls an image contains the coordinates for the clickable areas on the image and where to link for each area. MapThis is a freeware Windows program, and WebMap2L is a shareware Windows program - both produce the HTML code for client-side image maps, and are available on many shareware Web sites, such as shareware.com.
