BLACK DRAGON INSTRUCTORS
Master Joe Arvidson: Mr. Arvidson is a
Roku-Dan (6th
degree Black Belt) in Isshinryu Karate and a first degree Black Belt in
Judo. Mr. Arvidson is a retired Police Officer and now heads the Massachusetts
area Black Dragon Dojos. Mr. Arvidson is very active in his community and his
church, he is the O.K.U. Assistant Regional Director for the Northern United
States District and in 2001 was named "Black Belt of the Year" by the
Okinawan Karate Do Union. Sensei Arvidson's classes are held Thursday nights, 6pm - 9pm at Hope Community
Church, 11 Hale St. - Newburyport, MA.

Sensei Bruce Randolph: Mr. Randolph is a
Yon-Dan (4th degree
Black Belt) in Isshinryu Karate. Mr. Randolph is currently a Deputy
Sheriff in Illinois and heads the Clinton Dojo. Mr. Randolph is also a
certified Body Guard and has been trained extensively in executive personal
protection. In 2004 Sensei Randolph was presented the "Outstanding
Achievement Award" from the Okinawan Karate Do Union. Sensei Randolph instructs excusive executive private and
semi-private classes by appointment.

Sensei Dave Johnston: Mr. Johnston is a
Ni-Dan (2nd degree
Black Belt) in Isshinryu Karate. Mr. Johnston also studies and is an
assistant instructor Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan. Mr. Johnston is also certified in spinal
mechanics. Mr. Johnston teaches privately out of his home
in Farmer City, Illinois.

Sensei Bill Miller: Sensei Miller is a
Yon-Dan (forth degree Black Belt) and has been studying martial arts for over 30
years under a variety of instructors, including Master Temple of New Jersey and
his present instructor Master Arvidson in New Hampshire. Sensei Miller teaches
Black Dragon Isshinryu at Gordon College in Wenham, MA.

Sensei John Kotch: Sensei Kotch is a Ni-Dan (second degree Black Belt)
and has been studying Isshinryu karate under the direction of Master Joe
Arvidson. Sensei Kotch is the head instructor at Hamilton, MA. Black Dragon
school and an assistant instructor at the Newburyport, MA Black Dragon Dojo.

To enhance their Isshinryu Karate all Black Dragon Instructors also study the application of pressure points as striking areas and healing. All Black Dragon Instructors are certified by the Okinawan Karate Do Union.
