Game 9 Summary: Potomac 60 Flint Hill 39
February 3, 2000 - The Potomac
Intermediate School basketball team beat Flint Hill 60-39 on the road to remain undefeated with a record of 9-0. |
Potomac came out in a pressure full court defense and dominated in the first half. At half time, the Panthers doubled the Huskies score to lead 30-15. |
In the second half, Potomac tried different matchups on the court that resulted in a more evenly played game, but the Panthers were never in jeopardy of losing this one. Even though Potomac made a real presence inside especially on the offensive boards, no player ever went to the foul line during the game for the Panthers. That has to be a first. |

Pete Dalla had 5 steals and Jason Aqui had 3 steals for Potomac. Brent Locey (5) and Chris McNerney (4) combined for 9 of the Panthers 16 assists. |
