| This
website:
This site has been developed for sharing some of my
unforgettable moments spend underwater in Scandinavia and
around the world. This exciting marine life has fascinated me
for several years.
The photos:
All the motives have been
photographed under water in their natural habitat. Most
of the pictures can be enlarged by clicking on the small scale.
The pictures have been reduced in
size and quality to make them more suitable for presentation
on the internet. I hope it gives an impression of my
picturestyle.
Equipment:
I am currently using the cameratypes
Nikonos-III/ V (viewfinder), Nikon F90x and F801s (SLR)
mounted in an specialdesigned alu-housing from Sealux in
Germany.
My lenses are all Nikkor or
UW-Nikkor. They ranges from fisheye to 200 mm. The most
frequently used are the 16 mm fisheye, 15 mm wideangel, 60 mm
and 105 mm makro.
I use different type of strobes from
Nikonos and Sea & Sea to lighten the motives.
For colorphotos I use slidefilms
from Kodak and Fuji. Black/white are photographed on
Agfa. The Exposure is ranging from 50 to 1600 ASA.
About me - the photographer:
I began diving in 1976 and doing
underwaterphotos/movies in 1978.
In the beginning using different
homebuild equipment such af bulb-flashes, while the
possibilities were very limited i Denmark at that
moment.
These system have been changed
several times to the systems that I now use.
During the years the cameraes has
followed me on almost every dive - from our sometimes
very cold skandinavian waters to the tropical destinations
around the world.
