This page provides you with a means to download the JFL scorecard to your computer. The JFL scorecard is a Word 6.0 document. If you cannot work with Word 6.0 documents, contact Alex.
NOTE: Make sure you use the "print preview" feature in Word. You may have to play with the margins to get the scorecard to print out correctly.
