Tank Pythons
 
Well, well kids it’s time for some messed up s**t hold on to you’re panties ‘cause sometime during this workout they might slip…
 
Hammer curls: 3-4 sets, increasing weight to your Max or past by last set.
 
*feel the contraction for what it’s meant , the popping out of your biceps on the inside of your arm it should pinch right at the top, hold it for a sec then release.
 
Arm curls (ez-curl): 3-4 sets, increasing weight to your Max or more by your last set.
 
*with these keep your elbows in at all times. Really feel the tension in the muscle don’t just whip out fast sets.
 
Patented Celso curls!: 3-4 sets, increasing weight to your Max or more by last set.
 
*These are tops!, what you do is grab a chair…then sit on it the reverse way, let your arms drop until they are completely vertical. You will then proceed to curl the weight all the way up, if your ass leaves your seat your doing it wrong…make sure they go back down to vertical every time. These should kill.
