Annihilation
 
Here's a great workout to completely fry your hams, quads, lower back and forearms. This workout will test your will, spirit and balls. At times this workout has been known to cause vomiting and ridicule.
 
Deadlift: (Conventional)
 
            2 sets x 135 lbs. x 5 reps (warm up)
 
            1 sets moderate weight x 5 reps
 
            2 sets heavy weight x 5 reps
 
*Use your legs through the entire deadlift and keep the bar very close to your body.
 
Leg Press:
 
            3 set heavyweight x 8 reps
 
*Everything you have is given in this exercise. 3 sets really heavy. Bring the platform back as far as you can. Get pissed. How huge do you want to be? Keep that in mind when youre legs are burning, tingling and begging for mercy. Know your limitations and run them over.
 
Leg Curls:
 
            3 sets  heavyweight x 5 reps
 
*I know you don't feel like doing these but then again when do you ever feel like punishing yourself? Just finish it and move on.
