SaaP has been called "the thinking fan's soccer management game". It's more demanding of the gamer's understanding of what makes a soccer team tick and responds best to a thoughtful approach. But, of course, this is not everyone's idea of fun.

So get a demo, play it for a few weeks and decide for yourself if this game is for you.

Unfortunately, as SaaP has become more and more popular, the willingness of our web host to allow the hundreds of megabytes that are now needed for demo downloads has come to an end. This is made rather silly when there are no limits on email, but there you go. So if you click here your email client will load up. The attachment will be 1.25 Mbytes (about 10 minutes to download) and is a self extracting, self installing zip file. Just double click on the filename and input the folder where you want the game. To run the game you just double click the LOAD.EXE filename.

The demo has options to enable it to work on any Windows PC (3.1, 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000 and XP) with 16 Mbytes of memory or more but it's best if you have a Pentium PC (any speed) running Windows 95 or later.

The demo just has a single backdrop, the game itself has a whole range of backdrops relevant to the subject material of the screen being viewed, but otherwise the game is exactly the same. It will certainly let you see the features that set SaaP apart from other smgs.
