BASIC PITCHING RULES


1. Pitching intelligently will always be better then pitching hard.

2. Trust your catcher and coaches for stratigy, you worry about mechanics.

3. Be a strong fielding pitcher and help your own cause at the plate.

4. Backup your teammate's throws to 2nd and 3rd, it shows your fielders that you are behing them just as they are behind you.

5. Always stay mentally focused on pitching, don't let errors or mistakes wear you down. Try hard to be a POSITIVE leader by keeping positive body language.

6. Let others be vocal leaders, you need to be focused on the strike zone.
