Taikyoku Shodan

Using the directions of the compass; Forward=North, Your Left=West, Back=South, ur Right=East. Follow below: 
 
A. Ready Stance
B. Closed Stance (Move left foot in)
C. Bow
D. Ready Stance (Move left foot out).
1. Turn 90° to West, left foot into left forward stance.  Execute left low block.
2. Move right foot forward (West) into right forward stance.  Execute right middle punch.
3. Turn 180° (clockwise) to East, right foot into right forward stance.  Execute right low block.
4. Move left foot forward (East) into left forward stance.  Execute left middle punch. 
5. Turn 90° to North, left foot into left forward stance.  Execute left low block.
6. Move right foot forward (North) into righft forward stance.  Execute right middle punch.
7. Move left foot forward (North) into left forward stance.  Execute left middle punch.
8. Move right foot forward (North) into right forward stance.  Execute right middle punch. Kiai!
9. Turn 270° (counter-clockwise) to East, left foot into left forward stance.  Execute left low block.
10. Move right foot forward (East) into right forward stance.  Execute right middle punch.
11. Turn 180° (clockwise) to West, right foot into right forward stance. Execute right low block.
12. Move left foot forward (West) into left forward stance.  Execute left middle punch.
13. Turn 90° to South, left foot into left forward stance.  Execute left low block.
14. Move right foot forward (South) into right forward stance. Execute right middle punch.
15. Move left foot forward (South) into left forward stance.  execute left middle punch
16. Move right foot forward (South) into right forward stance. Execute right middle punch.  Kiai!
17. Turn 270° (counter-clockwise) to West, left foot into left forward stance.  Execute left low block.
18. Move right foot forward (West) into right forward stance.  Execute right middle punch.
19. Turn 180° (clockwise) to East, right foot into right forward stance.  Execute right low block.
20. Move left foot forward (East) into left forward stance.  Execute left middle punch.
A. Turn 90° to North, drawing left foot back into Ready Stance.
B. Closed Stance (Move left foot in).
C. Bow.
D. Ready Stance (Move left foot out).
