Class descriptions
Puppy Socialization Class: This class is designed to work with the babies. We will recommend books, socialize the puppies with others and with new people and things, We'll trim toenails and just generally show you how to successfully raise a puppy.
House Manners: The "Basics"; "Sit", "Down", "Stays", the "Recalls", "Waits" (loose) walking on leash. (Not heeling) and other more adult socialization training.
Obedience for the "Working" dog: As above but this class is designed for more precision and working with "working" breeds of which, some may be headed for "Service" work. We will have the dog's mental disposition in mind which is usually far form what many "Pet" homes can tolerate.
Fighter / Biters: This is "Boot Camp". We deal with some of the dogs no other training schools will handle. This class is offered to dogs that are near their "last chance" with their owners. We try to break dog fighters, inappropriate hostility, dominance and other dangerous behaviors. This class is not for the weak of heart. Training methods in this class are geared toward saving the dogs' lives and current homes. We ALWAYS use motivational methods when situations allow.
