  • 1997 Ford Australian Open, defeating Lareau & O'Brien in the finals, 4-6 7-5 7-5 6-3.
  • The Woodies with their 1997 Australian Open trophy.

  • Lipton Championships, defeating Knowles & Nestor in the finals.
  • Wimbledon, defeating Knowles & Nestor in the finals, taking their tally to 5 straight Wimbledon crowns. They defeated Eltingh and Haarhuis in the final, 7-6(4) 7-6(7) 5-7 6-3.
  • The Woodies with their Wimbledon '97 Trophies

  • The Great American Insurance ATP Championship, defeating Philippoussis and Rafter in the final 7-6(6) 4-6 6-4.
  • The Eurocard Open, defeating Leach and Stark in the final 6-3 6-3.
  • The Woodies also won all the Davis Cup matches they were involved in, as part of the Australian team's bid to win the Cup. Unfortunately, the Aussies got as far as the semis, before being unceremoniously dumped by the USA 4-1.
