Projects
-
Working in Simulation area of IDEAS on a Project called Midsurface. Involves
working in Geometry, Topology of IDEAS Solid modeler. Programming is in
C++.
-
Involved in development of a Force Distribution program for Joints at Panels
in Box like structures used in Galleys of Aircraft. It needed development
of core algorithms and was implemented in C++.
-
Simulation problem for cryogenic process plant for Helium at subzero temperatures.
Involved modeling of a iterative solver in Matlab and capability to input
plant layout graphically using Simulink. Implementation was done by using
OO principles.
-
Ported Network file Server used for Pro/Intralink to various platforms
including WinNT, HP, DecAlpha.
-
Implemented GUI for Oracle database Back end for Pro/Intralink in an in-house
language similar to Java.
-
Designed & implemented a Feature based system in C++ with Motif Graphical
User Interface for sheet metal layout design with capabilities of creation,
editing and geometrical transformations.
-
Developed a 3-D Solid Modeler using Boundary Representation. This system
is capable of generating & manipulating solid primitives like Cubes,
Cylinders etc. Graphics programming is done with PHIGS.
-
Simulated discrete event manufacturing systems using SIMAN in an environment
of ARENA.
-
Developed Finite Elements package for Linear and non-Linear analysis of
second order boundary value problems in the Object Oriented way using C++.
-
Concurrent programming for solving process synchronization problems in
UNIX (Solaris 2.4).
-
Stress Analysis of automotive components by the method of Finite Elements
using Nastran.
