Gulf Coast AFA Sued for Libel
BILOXI, Miss. -- The Gulf Coast branch of the American Family Association is being
slapped with a lawsuit by representatives for the shock-rock group
Marilyn Manson, sources reported today.
The dispute stems from
an internet web page authored by the AFA displaying illegally falsified
court documents. The "sworn affidavits" as they are being called,
contain wildly fabricated
accounts of two Marilyn Manson concerts which allegedly included
the torture and murder of a truckload of puppies,
XXX-sex acts with children while police watched, and
a black magick ceremony which summoned the Devil who then forced those in attendance
to sign over their souls in blood...all having
taken place at a time when the band was nowhere near a concert
hall.
"But we didn't know they were fake!" was all the AFA had to say
for themselves in a telephone interview this morning.
