Miscellaneous KN Antics
from the "Good Old Days."

Gary Polinsky, KN quarterback who made famous the
"end over end" forward pass, displays a black eye he sustained
in an intramural game. (At least that's what he told us!)

Buddy Lavin became known as "The Animal" while still a pledge,
not because his knuckles dragged on the ground, (they did), and not
because his room looked like the aftermath of a nuclear accident,
(it did), but because after he finished shaving you could actually
watch his hair grow back in. His "5 o'clock shadow" began
daily by 9:00 a.m. Buddy began a tradition by awarding the
most slovenly KN the infamous "Animal Boots." Each semester
a new "animal" was crowned, and presented with the boots.
Does anyone know where the "Animal Boots" are today?

Do you remember the sorority house serenade when a KN "pinned" his
sweetheart. The above picture is a serenade at the D Phi E house on just
such an occasion. Lots of KNs are still married to their D Phi E honeys.
"I'll be loving you... always..."
