My System:

One of my more expensive hobbies is Car Audio Equipment. I haven't entered any competitions, but that will all change this upcoming spring. I do expect to win, at least I hope. So, I'll be happy to show you all what I have in my Blazer that makes me such a threat.

OK, the amplifier powering the 15" Kicker Solo-Barics is a Phoenix Gold ZX-500. Phoenix Gold doesn't have a web site yet so I couldn't get a picture or any information. The picture you see is a Alpine but it almost looks like what I have. The bass is insane!

Upcoming Improvements:

I plan to install custom kick pannels which will hold two more Alpine 6-1/2" DDrive speakers. Also a pair of Alpine 3-way 5x7's in the seatbelt holder facing the rear of my vechicle with 1" tweets. I am getting neon underbody lighting (purple) and installing neon tubes in the interior around my amps and woofers. I also need to build an amp rack, which I will probably place on the tailgate. Eventually I will need a more powerful 4-way amplifier to power the extra speakers making the grand total 16 plus the 2 woofers.
