This is probably the prettiest sunset I have seen in Newfoundland.  This was taken near a place called Salvage (pronounced Salve-Age) on the Eastport peninsula.  I have heard that air pollution helps create spectacular sunsets.  The air here is pretty clean, but there had just been a freak rain storm an hour or so before this sunset.  The air was full of moisture, and some nice clouds for the sun to reflect off of.  <--Previous  Next-->  Index
