Nancy Boyda is Democratic Congresswoman-elect for Kansas's 2nd Congressional disrict. She is for independant and family farmers who provide a better quality of food than giant agribusinesses which usually produce less safe foods. She is for low-cost rural broadband internet service. She is for fiscally-responsible government which will stop the current huge increases in national debt caused by reckless tax cuts for the super rich. She is for an increase in the Federal minimum wage so all working Americans and their families can live decently. She is for a better tax structure so that big business pays more and small business pays less. She is for fair trade agreements that benefit all instead of "free" trade agreements which only benefit the biggest corporations. She is for more affordable education for those in lower income brackets instead of ever-increasing higher education costs. She is for better schools to provide quality education pre-college. She is for alternative energy research and expansion to reduce dependence on foreign oil. She is for more energy-efficient cars, busses, trucks and homes. She is for a healthier environment.
