FUTURESAVER OF THE WEEK ENDING 11-25-2006

Jon Tester is Junior U.S. Senator-elect from Montanna. Tester is the best kind of farmer (organic), has a BS degree in music, was a music teacher and worked his way up to President of the Montanna Senate. He is the best kind of politician = a liberal populist. This is a very real change from the corrupt Republican incumbent. His prime task is to make government work for ordinary folks instead of just for the richest and most corrupt folks. He wants to end the crisis in Iraq and bring our troops home. He wants to fix health care, achieve energy independence, restore honesty and integrity to the U.S. Senate and create real change with real solutions. He favors country of origin labeling to minimize fuel use in the shipping process and to encourage the use of local produce. He helped balance the Montanna budget every session and will work for fiscal responsibility in Washington, D.C. He wants campaign finance law reform and banning of all lobbyist gifts and other perks. He wants women to make their own medical decisions in all areas. He is an excellent conservationist and protector of wildlife habitat.
