FUTURESAVER OF THE WEEK ENDING 9-16-2006

Ronnie Earle is district attorney of Travis County, Texas. He was a member of the Texas House, presiding judge of Austin Municipal Court and chief counsel of Texas Judicial Council. He has been featured in New York Times, Time, Esquire, Texas Monthly, Parade, Molly Ivins columns and TV news programs. Many honors have been bestowed upon him. He has prosecuted many Texas crooks including a U.S. Senator, a state attorney general and a Texas Supreme Court Justice. He launched a criminal investigation of Congressman Tom DeLay, the US House Republican Majority Leader but he has prosecuted many more Democrats than Republicans. He indicted three DeLay associates. Earle indicted eight corporations for he is well aware of the intimate association of power and money and corruption and politics. He follows the truth and acts in accordance with the truth. He knows that he needs to prosecute felons wherever they are in his jurisdiction.
