Louise Arbour is he United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights. She vigorously opposes the use of secret detention centers in the war on terrorism as operated by the Cheney/Bush fanatics who do torture and other unlawful activities in deep secrecy and then lie about it and try to cover it up. These abusive activities multiply injustice and beastiality in the world. International law which bans torture and which confirms the right to a fair and speedy trial must be obeyed else the human race devolves into barbarism. Barbarians who are heads of state are the worst kind of barbarians for they spread the sick idea that it is OK to be a barbarian. Instead of ordering abuse, heads of state should do everything they can to prevent abuse and to catch and put to trial all abusive individuals and groups. If these laws are not followed morality dies an agonizing death and heads of state become monsters. Louise Arbour was appointed Chief Prosecutor of War Crimes before the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and indicted Slobodan Milosevic for war crimes.
