Congresswoman Madeleine Bordallo is Delegate from Guam. She previously was a Guam Senator and Lieutenant Governor of Guam. She belongs to the Committee on Armed Services, the Committee on Resources and the Committee on Small Business. She received the Gusi Peace Prize for Governance and Legislation. She has an excellent record on veterans, student loans, visit to Iraq, job and vocational training funding, healthcare policy, education, women's history, public health, energy and natural resources, economic opportunities, avian flu, honest government, Chairperson of the CAPAC Health Care Task Force, cosponsor of the Healthcare Equality and Accountability Act, Medicare, Opposing Tax Breaks for Casinos, cosponser of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Act, flying robot data collection of early typhoon development to save lives and request special counsel to impartially investigate possible political manipulation in Guam/Mariana affairs.
