Dr. Mohamed ElBaradei is the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and joint winner with IAEA of the 2005 Nobel Peace Prize, to prevent nuclear energy from being used in war and to promote its safe use in peace. He was born in Egypt and educated in Egypt and the USA. He has lectured widely in international law, international organizations, arms control and peaceful uses of nuclear energy. He is the author of numerous articles and books. He is currently in the midst of tensions between Iran, Europe and the USA. He is doing his best to minimize nuclear-weapons proliferation. The current rogue executive branch of the USA government tapped ElBaradei's phones and tried to oust him as director general of IAEA. Apparently the Bush administration is fixated on dominating all the world's levels of power instead of operating in a cooperative and decent mode. The Bushies were really mad at ElBaradei telling the truth about Iraq, exposing the Bushies's lie factory. The Bushies shot themselves in the foot because every decent international person knows that ElBaradei is an honorable, decent, fair and effective person.
