Lisa Randall is a Professor of Theoretical Physics at Harvard University and studies particle physics and cosmology. Her game is the fundamental nature of particles/forces and how they relate to the reality of the known universe. She has made important contributions to cosmological theories including the recent emphasis on extra dimensions of space. She wrote the book Warped Passages: Unraveling the Mysteries of the Universe's Hidden Dimensions and numerous other publications, some in collaberation. She has been associated with Radcliff Institute, MIT, Princeton, Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory, University of California at Berkeley, Adams House, Bell Laboratories, FNL, IBM and Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory. She has delivered numerous lectures, talks, workshops, etc. and has earned numerous awards and fellowships. She has been on WGBH, NPR, WBNW, WRKO, CN8, ABC, NECN, BBC, MSNBC and ABC. She has appeared in numerous newspapers, magazines, websites, conferences, workshops and visiting positions.
