Phyllis J. Hamilton is the Federal District Court Judge who ruled that the federal abortion ban law passed by Congress and signed by Bush last year is unconstitutional. Basically, it is unconstitutional for any USA government to prohibit women and their doctors making rational health decisions. Judge Hamilton's decision insures that a complete array of health care options will be available to women and their doctors without the risk of arbitrary enforcement of unjust law.
