FUTURESAVER OF THE WEEK ENDING 10-18-2003

Steven Greenhouse is a New York Times reporter who covers labor and workplace issues. He previously covered a variety of issues for the Times. He has empathy and respect for all working people and a total lack of the condescension characteristic of the Bushie crowd. He is fully aware of the factors causing massive layoffs and other economic woes suffered by working people. He also collaberated with David Rubin on the ACLU book The Rights of Teachers.
