FUTURESAVER OF THE WEEK ENDING 10-26-2002

U.S. District Court Judge, Eastern District of Virginia, Leonie Brinkema did a good job on internet issues and is doing an excellent job as the judge in the Moussaoui 911 case. She is making sure that Zacarias Moussaui will receive real justice even though the prosecutorial climate is tainted by understandable emotion and by Ashcroftian clumsiness/narrow-mindedness. She is also making sure that Moussaoui's frail understanding of the US legal system and frail understanding of the US media system will not get in the way of a successful defense.
