FUTURESAVER OF THE WEEK ENDING 10-12-2002

Judge Nancy G. Edmunds is a U.S. District Judge in Detroit. Judge Edmunds is doing a great job helping to preserve the rights and freedoms of USA citizens and residents so that justice can be preserved and enhanced. She opened a new hearing for a Muslim cleric suspected of terrorism so that justice can be open and fair instead of closed and blind. In short, she told Ashcroft's Justice Department to be just in a 12-page righteous ruling. The ACLU, several newspapers and US Rep. John Conyers started the ball rolling and Judge Edmunds saw to it that the ball rolled to its just destination.
