FUTURESAVER OF THE WEEK ENDING 10-15-2002

Judge Robert Doumar is one of the US District Court judges who are trying to protect the legal rights of US citizens from the sneaky attacks of psuedopatriots Bush and Ashcroft. Judge Doumar knows that there is too much unnecessary secrecy in Ashcroft-guided "enemy combatant" cases and that more details need to be released to relevant courts if justice is to be fair. He also knows that US justice is inevitably corrupted by lack of legal representation under any circumstances. Substantially-infringed liberties means that liberty becomes a phantom controlled by one or a few corrupt individuals. Reduced justice for a few soon becomes reduced justice for most and the American Constitution becomes a worthless piece of paper trampled upon by a relentless trend toward fascism. For protecting the US Constitution and for protecting the liberty and justice the American People need to remain a free people, Judge Robert Doumar has been named Futuresaver of the Week.
