Congressman Earl Hilliard of Alabama's 7th district has a 63% environmental score for the 106th Congress, according to the League of Conservation Voters. He is a member of the House Committee on Agriculture and of its Subcommittee on Department Operations, Oversight, Nutrition and Forestry. He is also a member of its Livestock and Horticulture Subcommittee. He is a member of the House Committee on International Relations and of its Subcommittee on International Economic Policy and Trade.
