Congressman Mark Udall of Colorado's 2nd district has a 100%

of Conservation Voters. He is a member of the House Resources
Committee and of two of its Subcommittees: National Parks and

House Small Business Committee. He also serves as Democratic
Deputy Regional Whip (western US), as Democratic freshman class
