Congressman Gerald Kleczka of Wisconsin's 4th district has
a 100% environmental score for 1999, according to the League of
Conservation Voters. He is a member of the House Ways and Means
Committee and of its Subcommittee on Health and he is a member of
the House Budget Committee. In addition to his recent sterling
environmental record, he has an impressive progressive record on
health care, safety, tax fairness, deficit and fiscal
responsibility, privacy, human rights, civil rights, social
security, medicare, labor and worker's rights, animal rights,
health insurance, veterans, Food for Peace, disaster relief,
affordable prescription drugs, transportation, affordable
housing, pensions, women's issues, children's issues, education,
libraries, small business, science/technology/internet, minimum
wage, campaign finance reform, land mines and on many other
