Congressman Chaka Fattah of Pennsylvania's 2nd district has
a 79% environmental score for 1995-1998, according to the League
of Conservation Voters. He is a member of the Committee on House
Administration, the Committee on Education and the Workforce, the
Committee on Government Reform, the Ethics Committee, the
Progressive Caucus and the Black Caucus. In addition to his good
environmental record, he has an impressive progressive record on
Higher Education, education in general, Public Interest,
Employment Opportunities Act, community, Drug Free, low cost
housing, science and technology, economic justice, civil rights,
human rights, labor issues, government reform, Equal Protection
School Finance, American Communities Investment Act, American
Profit Sharing Act, Cash Consumer Protection Act, Reward
Attendance with Summer Employment Act, Drug Demand Reduction Act,
Credit Union Act, seniors and on many other issues. For doing the
